Returns Policy

We want you to love your wig. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns in accordance with the following policy.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition Requirements

You are welcome to remove the wig from its packaging and try it on. However, if you wish to return it, the wig must be in the same perfect condition as received. This means:

  • The wig must show no signs of wear, styling, or damage of any kind
  • The wig must not have been exposed to perfume or scented environments
  • The original security tag must remain attached and unbroken
  • The lace must be uncut and unaltered
  • All original packaging contents must be returned, including any free gifts and care cards

Please note: We inspect every wig thoroughly before dispatch, so we are able to identify any changes in condition upon return.

How to Request a Return

Before returning your wig, you must contact us at contact@wigsthewardrobe.co.uk and provide a photograph or video clearly showing the condition of the wig. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

Return Postage

We offer free return postage once your return has been approved and condition verified via photograph or video.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds where:

  • The lace has been cut or altered
  • Tags have been removed
  • The security tag has been broken
  • The wig shows any damage, scent, or signs of use beyond trying on
  • Any free gifts or care cards are missing from the return package

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued either as store credit or to your original payment method — your choice.

Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
